Leslie Kuntzman

Senior Loan Officer 

Leslie Kuntzman serves as a Loan Officer with Southern Security Mortgage, a division of Southern Security Federal Credit Union. Based in Collierville, Tennessee, Leslie brings more than 30 years of mortgage experience and is widely respected for her intelligence, expertise, and leadership.

Leslie began her mortgage career in 1995 as a Mortgage Account Executive with First NLC. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive knowledge of mortgage lending, sales, customer service, and relationship management. She later continued serving borrowers through Bank of England, Luminate Home Loans, and Luminate Bank before joining Southern Security Federal Credit Union in July 2026. 

Leslie understands that purchasing or refinancing a home is one of life’s most important financial decisions. She takes pride in helping borrowers understand their financing options, answering questions throughout the process, and working closely with clients and real estate professionals to help each transaction move smoothly. Her professionalism, industry knowledge, kindness, and genuine desire to help others have allowed her to build lasting relationships throughout her career.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Leslie is a devoted mother of five and grandmother of ten. She is also a Certified Biblical Guidance Counselor at Bellevue Baptist Church, where she supports and encourages others through faith-based guidance and compassionate service.

Leslie’s Christian faith is central to her life and inspires her to lead with integrity, kindness, and purpose. She balances her career, family, faith, and service to others with grace, strength, and determination.
