Director of Mortgage Lending 

Jayme Boyle is an experienced mortgage banking executive with more than 30 years of experience in real estate, residential lending, branch development, sales leadership, and mortgage operations. A Memphis native, Jayme began his career in real estate, giving him a practical understanding of both the Realtor and mortgage sides of a transaction.

Jayme currently serves as the Director of Mortgage Lending for Southern Security Mortgage, where he is responsible for strategic direction, sales and operational development, recruiting, branch expansion, compliance, technology implementation, investor relationships, and the overall customer experience. 

Jayme has built his reputation on honesty, responsiveness, clear communication, and a commitment to protecting each client’s best interests. Jayme believes every client deserves personal attention, honest guidance, and consistent communication throughout the entire mortgage process. His goal is not simply to close a loan, but to build a lasting relationship and become the mortgage professional his clients, their families, and their friends can depend on for years to come.
